Mr. Leary is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 17 years of experience in engineering and project management of various projects including telecommunications facilities design, lighting protection, standby power systems, grounding systems, roadway lighting, and electrical power distribution.

His experience includes engineering evaluation studies, building assessments, construction inspection, electrical engineer design and specifications.

Mr. Leary has also had extensive experience in the placement of telecommunications facilities, both fiber optic and wireless, along transportation corridors such as railroads rights-of way. This experience includes property rights and acquisition, valuation, negotiating occupancy agreements, construction coordination and managing the ongoing agreements. These experiences have fed back into better designs for our clients taking into consideration the future operations and maintenance aspects of constructed facilities.
