Ms. Marbella has been involved in all phases of a project from programming and conceptual design through design development and contract documents. Her involvement also extends to construction support and administrative services. Typical responsibilities have included zoning determination; national and local building code review; building permit application; conditional survey for future rehabilitation; renovation and adaptive reuse; feasibility studies and programming of spaces for new and expanded use; coordination with other consultants and trade; cost estimates for all phases of design; development of contract documents and specifications; bid analysis and review; and construction management.
