Mr. Nevill is a Licensed Professional
Engineer with over 16 years of diversified experience in land use
development and site planning. Additional experience includes coordination
of municipal application procedures, regulatory permitting, zoning
analysis, zoning and planning board expert testimony.
Mr. Nevill has experience in evaluation of land use development
and site planning. His experience includes design of road systems,
parking lot facilities, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer facilities
and soil erosion measures. In addition to his design experience,
Mr. Nevill has been involved with preparation of plans, specifications
and cost estimates for municipal roadway improvement projects.
Mr. Nevill also has experience in on-site construction projects.
